The Department of Industrial Relations Malaysia, which is responsible for creating a positive and harmonious industrial relations environment between employers, employees, and their trade unions, to maintain an investment-friendly climate and the well-being of workers, as a result of this acknowledges the following:

Attend expeditiously to each representation or complaint received from worker, employer and trade union. |

Enhance awareness of clients on their rights and obligations under the Industrial Relations Act 1967 and its regulations. |

Provide fair and just conciliation services. |
04 |
To act immediately on all identified industrial actions such as pickets, strikes, lockouts, and others. |

Provide caring and friendly advisory services to clients. |
06 |
Provide feedback on every representation, complaint, and industrial dispute case within 3 days from the date of receipt. |
07 |
Process and resolve claim for recognition in accordance with the provisions of the laws and regulations upon receipt of all complete document. |
08 |
Commence investigation on any complaint on breaches of the provisions under the Industrial Relations Act 1967 for purpose of enforcement within 14 days of receipt thereof. |
09 |
Implement the function to promote harmonious industrial relations atmosphere, enhance productive, friendly and quality tripartite relations and cooperation. |
